We are so excited to share the success of our Miss Purr-fect Sligo 2024 pageant, an event filled with heart, talent, and dedication to helping our four-legged friends. Every step on the stage helped bring safety, care, and hope to the cats in our community.

Because of your love and support, we were able to raise an incredible $2,000 to support:

Emergency vet care for injured and sick cats

Ongoing food, litter, and supply needs at the shelter

Local TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) efforts to reduce stray cat populations humanely

Comfort and care for rescued cats awaiting adoption
This fundraiser directly benefited our nonprofit cat rescue and local shelter work in Sligo and surrounding areas making a real, immediate difference.

851 brand-new toys donated & gifted to children in need through the Union School District holiday program

$1,174 raised to support local TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) work and emergency care for Curllsville & Sligo stray cats
With 28 contestants, a full room of supporters, and a mountain of donations, this event truly embodied the spirit of giving.

Introducing the Miss Mommy Majesty 2025
A Celebration of Motherhood, Community & Giving Back
The Miss Mommy Majesty 2025 pageant wasn’t just about sparkle and smiles, it was about lifting up families and preparing our community for a strong start to the school year. This heartfelt event honored moms while raising funds for a cause that matters to us all.
Total Raised: $1,101
All proceeds supported our upcoming Free Back-to-School Community Event on August 31st, helping ensure every child in our area heads into the school year with confidence, supplies, and support.
